All our products are delivered no later than 5 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment of your order.
This service is provided by Chronopostfood, a food delivery specialist. If your order includes frozen food, it can be delivered in two stages to respect the positive and negative cold chain.
In the event of absence during delivery, your package is kept cold under controlled temperature overnight and a new delivery window is offered to you.
Europe (ALL, BEL, CH, ESP, LUX)
All our products are delivered no later than 8 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment of your order. We guarantee perfect respect for the cold chain.
Our recommendations
We deliver both to your home and to your workplace. Packages must be delivered by hand against signature.
Please make sure to put, upon receipt, your products in a refrigerated or frozen environment, depending on the nature of the products.
